Directions For Use:
1. Boil 8 cups of water in a medium pot with lid
2. Add 0.5-0.8oz pack of herbs to water and allow to steep for 5 mins

4. Place a bowl or steam seat inside toilet bowl and pour mixture in
5. Sit with legs open wide over the bowl and steam for 20 - 30 Mins
6. Drape a large blanket or gown over your body and wear socks to ensure that no heat escapes
